Watch: Reba McEntire Shares Heartfelt Tribute On Loretta Lynn's Birthday

Reba McEntire shared a heartfelt tribute to late legend Loretta Lynn on what would’ve been the “Coal Miner’s Daughter” singer’s 93rd birthday.

McEntire shared a clip of her performance of “You Ain’t Woman Enough (To Take My Man)” on the historic Grand Ole Opry stage as a tribute to Lynn on Monday (April 14). McEntire took the stage as part of the star-studded Opry 100: A Live Celebration last month, marking the Opry’s centennial in 2025. She wrote in her caption on Instagram on Monday: “Happy heavenly birthday to my friend and country music trailblazer, [Loretta Lynn]!”

Lynn was born in Kentucky on April 14, 1932. The groundbreaking country artist became known for “Coal Miner’s Daughter,” “You AIn’t Woman Enough,” “Fist City,” “I’m A Honky Tonk Girl,” and more throughout her decades-long career. The Country Music Hall of Fame inductee “passed away peacefully...in her sleep at home at her beloved ranch in Hurricane Mills, [Tennessee],” the morning of October 4, 2022, her family confirmed in a statement at that time. She was 90. The country music community mourned Lynn’s loss and remembered her in heartfelt tributes including fellow Kentucky-born Grand Ole Opry member Carly Pearce, Tim McGraw, Shania Twain and many more.
