Emotions were running high among the country community Thursday morning (2/16) as the nominations for the 52nd Annual ACM Awards were unveiled.
Lauren Alaina took to Twitter to react to her first-ever nomination for New Female Vocalist of the Year, and the tears were flowing.

Thomas Rhett, who just announced he and his wife are expecting a baby and also planning an adoption, capped off his big week with two ACM nods.
Recent Grammy winner Maren Morris is a first-time nominee at the ACMs, and she’s proud to be in “GREAT company.”
